Duke of Valentinois Cesare Borgia is stripped naked and left to die by a party of knights at the age of 32 in Viana, Navarre, Spain.

Borgia received a fatal injury from a spear and was then stripped of all his luxurious garments, valuables and a leather mask covering half his face (disfigured possibly by syphilis during his late years). Borgia was left lying naked with just a red tile covering his genitals.

Parker died in the suite of his friend and patron Baroness Pannonica de Koenigswarter while watching The Dorsey Brothers' Stage Show on television. Apart from the official causes of death Parker also had an advanced case of cirrhosis and had suffered a heart attack. The coroner who performed his autopsy mistakenly estimated Parker's 34-year-old body to be between 50 and 60 years of age.
