The original autopsy determined that Ferrari had died of an overdose of antidepressants and tranquilizers. A second autopsy two years later found that mechanically-induced suffocation could not be ruled out. Vigne was suspected of causing her death, was arrested and spent 13 months in prison.

(-) 4 years ago Thursday 5th of March 2020 Alleged cop killer Nathaniel Woods is executed by lethal injection at the age of 44 in Holman Correctional Facility, Ross Road, Atmore, Alabama, United States. On 17 June 2004 Woods had surrendered to police inside a crack house when 24-year-old Kerry Spencer came downstairs and opened fire, killing three officers. Spencer and Woods were both charged with the murders despite Woods never firing a weapon. Spencer was also sentenced to death and remains on death row at Holman Correctional Facility awaiting execution.
