Paulus VI was only lightly stabbed.

(x) 34 years ago Thursday 27th of November 1980 51-year-old Mass murderess Priscilla Joyce Ford goes on a five-block-Thanksgiving-Day-rampage in her 1974 Lincoln, killing six people and injuring 23 in North Virginia Street, Reno, Nevada, United States. Arrested at the scene, Ford later tells a jailer she "did what she had to do" and that the people she hit were "just pigs, animals let out in a wild place. She also told a doctor that the voice of Joan Kennedy, then the wife of Senator Edward Kennedy, ordered her to kill. "Just run through a whole bunch of people and kill everybody" the voice said.

(x) 25 years ago Monday 27th of November 1989 110 die in Avianca Airlines Boeing 727-21 Flight 203 bomb explosion in Soacha, Región Andina, Colombia. After 5 minutes into the flight a bomb placed near the fuel tank exploded at 13,000 feet. Pablo Escobar of the Medellín drug cartel planned the bombing, hoping it would kill presidential candidate for the 1990 elections César Gaviria Trujillo. Gaviria was not on the plane and would go on to become President of Colombia.
